Colin Morgan Consulting have a number of significant clients within the rail industry. Over the last few years, we have developed a range of command courses, including the courses related to the role of Rail Incident Commander as well as Rail Industry Tactical Commander and Operational Commander. We have also delivered a range of immersive and “live play” exercises enabling rail organisations to test and enhance their response to major incidents and other incidents which require a multi-agency response.

Colin Morgan Consulting have also reviewed the rail industry response to a number of disruptive events and produced detailed reports and recommendations for the wider industry. We have also conducted a number of structured de-briefs of major incidents on the railway and assisted organisations to enhance their response to major incidents and emergencies.
