NPSA-Aligned Security Risk Management

Independent security reviews, Martyn's Law compliance and proportionate protective security for venues and organisations that cannot afford gaps.

We conduct independent security reviews and risk assessments, helping organisations understand their security vulnerabilities and address them in line with National Protective Security Authority (NPSA) guidance.

Does this sound familiar?

The challenges we help you solve

These are the gaps we see most often. If any of them resonate, we should talk.

You don't have a clear picture of your security risk

Without an independent review, it's impossible to know whether your current arrangements are proportionate, compliant, or fit for purpose.

Martyn's Law compliance is unclear

The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act creates new legal duties for venue operators — and many organisations don't yet know exactly what is required of them.

Your security plans have never been independently assessed

Self-assessment only goes so far. Without external scrutiny, blind spots persist — and they tend to surface at the worst possible moment.

A serious incident would expose gaps you didn't know you had

The consequences of inadequate security extend beyond regulatory penalties. Reputation, public trust and life safety are all at stake.

Enhanced tier venues (capacity 800 or more) are required to conduct a security assessment and produce a written security plan. Our reviews are specifically designed to meet this requirement in line with NPSA guidance.

We work across a wide range of sectors, including entertainment venues, sports stadia, retail, hospitality, transport, healthcare and public services.
